Gavin Robertson is currently touring as an actor (playing ‘Long John Silver’ in the footsteps of Orson Welles) with The Birmingham Stage Company in ‘Treasure Island’ . You can visit their website www.birminghamstage.net and check out the tour dates there. The tour ends on August 2nd 2008. The Arts Council of England has given CoGR the required funding to produce ‘A GRIMM WORLD’ in Autumn 2008. This is a joint venture with Farnham Maltings in Surrey and a short tour will take place in October. The show is aimed at younger age groups and is a follow-up to ‘MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE’. Much in the same vein it will be a physical and imaginative story of the Brothers Grimm escaping from Napolean’s army – featuring several characters from their much-loved tales who help or hinder them on their way!
